Engaging with Lawyers - Chat

Depending on the availability of the lawyer, you as a client will be able to chat directly with them via text or start an audio/video call within the platform.

1. Click on the 'three dots' or ‘Menu’ icon. 

2. Click on the ‘Chat Online’ icon. 

3. You can chat directly with the lawyer via text using the chat box that pops up

4. Click the icons at the top of the chat box to initiate an audio or video call with the lawyer.
